Welcome to the Laredo Musical Theatre International, Inc. (LMTI), a non-profit community theatre company, based in Laredo, Texas. Currently, LMTI produces annual summer musical productions for the enjoyment of people of all ages!

LMTI is committed to producing theatre productions of the highest artistic quality; and we are proud to say that the number of community members interested not only on LMTI productions, but theatre in general, grows every year.

Following the success of last year’s Lionel Bart’s Oliver!, this July LMTI will present The Wiz. Based on “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz” by L. Frank Baum, “The Wiz” is a musical adaptation by Charles Smalls and William F. Brown.  A tale that we know by heart, “The Wiz” is a dazzling musical for all ages set to an exciting score combining pop, soul, jazz and gospel music styles with a multicultural twist to the story that we have loved for generations.
